Chocolate Chestnut Cake

We couldn't be more excited to offer Australian grown Chestnut Flour from the King Valley and milled by us!
Chestnut Flour combined with Buckwheat flour and Almond Meal (all Australian grown and all spray-free). A gorgeously light, not too sweet cake. If you’re a chocolate fan, looking for a super easy, and oh-so-sophicated cake, this is it!
Ingredients : Spray-free, Chestnut and Buckwheat flour, pesticide-free almond meal, raw sugar, brown sugar, organic cocoa, organic tapioca, baking powder, baking soda & Himalayan Salt.
You will need:
2 large, free range eggs
170g (190ml) of good quality olive oil
250g (240ml) of milk
IMPORTANT
Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.
