Dark chocolate & raisin muffins
They’re a little sweet of course, but the focus is on the play between the intense chocolate flavour and the raisins (Australian organic), rather than sweetness. Beautiful grains milled from Burrum Biodynamics. The Scout Wheat creates a wonderfully light texture. And Rye and dark chocolate…. oh my….
Ingredients: Biodynamic Scout & Rye flours, Whittaker's Dark Ghana chocolate (vegan & rainforest alliance certified), dark brown sugar, raw sugar, organic raisins, organic cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and Himalayan salt.
Nut free. Yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
2 large eggs
110ml good quality olive oil
215ml buttermilk (or a mix of yoghurt & milk)
