Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate Cake
Double chocolate. Double hazelnuts.
Roasted hazelnut topping and coarsely ground hazelnut meal in the cake, combined with Whittaker's Dark Ghana Chocolate and organic cocoa powder. Nutty, chocolatey and not too sweet. So good.
Ingredients: Biodynamic wholegrain Scout Wheat, Rye & Spelt Flour, brown sugar, organic raw sugar, Australian grown roasted hazelnuts, Rainforest Certified dark chocolate, organic cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda & Himalayan salt.

2 large eggs
170g melted butter160g (155ml) milk
60g hot water

Option 1 - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.
Option 2 - for posting BUT please note that this one has chocolate so it's only for posting during the cooler months of the year.
