Or your wholegrain journey has started, and you're keen to make better bread... Join us for a hands-on class with Alison Wilken, an experienced professional baker. We'll help you to design your own loaf using your chosen wholegrain flour selection. Between Alison and Liesl, we know how to make each of our freshly milled flours shine in a loaf. Our classes are filled with laughter, good food, and tons to learn. Led by one of the best in the industry, Alison will teach you the art of working with wholegrain to make great bread. Come bake with us and experience the goodness of freshly milled, small batch flour. Morning tea, lunch and a tour of the Goodness Flour Millroom are all included. You'll take home the bread you've made and learn skills and techniques specific to working with wholegrain flour.
