Service Description
If you’re already a baker and you’re keen to learn more about working with wholegrain flour in pastry, this is the class for you. Louise is an experienced pastry chef and Liesl knows a thing or two about wholegrain flour! 😊 We’ll explore different wholegrain flours, types of pastry and techniques together. Each wholegrain flour has its own special character and qualities. We’ll show you how changing the flour, and the technique, gives you wonderfully different outcomes. There’s a world to explore. Classes start at 9.30am and end around 2.30pm. Come bake with us and experience the goodness of freshly milled, small batch flour. Morning tea, lunch and a tour of the Goodness Flour Millroom are all included. You'll take home the pastries you've made, 500g of freshly milled Goodness Flour and recipes to fill you with inspiration and confidence.
