Mid winter.... a fabulous time for a celebration with those near and dear. Join us in the brand new Goodness Flour Outdoor Kitchen for a class filled with happiness and guaranteed to bring joy. Using Goodness Premixes, we’ll show you how to make: • The most fabulous Shortbread with Purple Straw Wheat, a true heritage variety. As far as we know, it’s only grown by Burrum Biodynamics in Australia. • Festive Ginger Biscuits with just the right amount of spice. Give them as gifts. Pop them in a tin ready for a quiet cuppa in perfect solitude, or with friends and family. • Chocolate Spelt Biscuits. You can make them quickly and simply. Or get the cookie cutters out and call in the littlies. They’re rich, chocolatey and not too sweet. • Savoury Sables – perfect festive bites for gatherings small or large. They can be pre-made, kept in the freezer until it’s time to bake, and ready to serve quick smart. We’ll show you how to make each Mix with minimum fuss and no unnecessary waste. Morning tea, light lunch and a tour of the Goodness Flour Millroom are all included. To, Savoury Sables – with sparkles of course, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. You’ll have one of each of the following Goodness Premixes to take home with you: • Purple Straw Shortbread Mix • Festive Ginger Biscuits Mix • Chocolate Spelt Biscuit Mix • Savoury Sables Mix Premixes make excellent gifts. Or bake a few and divide, present them beautifully, and make gift giving easy. If you’re catering, a few Premixes will make the workload lighter. Please bring an apron.
