Service Description
Want to make great wholegrain bread? We’d love you to join us for a hands-on class filled with laughter, good food and tons to learn! Classes start at 9.30am and finish sometime between 3.30pm and 4pm. They will be led by Lise Ramsden. Trained by one of the best, Lise is both an experienced professional baker and skilled in working well with wholegrain flours. We'll show you the millroom, talk flour and explore wholegrain flavour together. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are all included. Make wholegrain bread from scratch. Shape some 50/50 white/wholegrain dough. Make olive and rosemary fougasse. Have a tour of the Goodness Flour Millroom. Make leaven from scratch. Learn a cool method of using leaven discard to make crackers. You'll take home the bread you've made, some of Lise's very own starter, 500g of freshly milled Rye Flour to feed you starter and recipes for each of the breads you've baked.
